Strong wording, man ...

But it is a free country after all (or so it claims)

The trial against Dr. Andrej Holm from Humboldt university in Berlin reached day 7. Here the German language link following the trial: einstellung.so36.net . Facts: The German secret service is following, but also controlling the trial. They exchange documents with police in a very natural way. But the German constitution is separating secret service operators and executive police very strictly! So here we have a unprecedented violation of German constitution in a matter never seen before, except 3. Reich Gestapo!
